Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Agents will provide outbound English vehicle service reminders, satisfaction surveys, and outbound appointment scheduling for automotive dealership clients across the country.
REQUIRED SKILLS/
Experience:
o Minimum 1 - 2 years Customer Service Experience
o High School Diploma or Equivalent
o Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
o Strong written and verbal communication in English and active listening skills
o Clear and precise enunciation and pronunciation
o Excellent call quality
o Excellent spelling and grammar skills
o Excellent computer skills - 35 wpm with 90% accuracy with ability to multitask
o Excellent attendance record is mandatory
o Good retention skills/very detail oriented
o Accepts constructive feedback and implements recommended changes
o Reliable, Easily Trained and Self Motivated
o Team Player and able to work in a fast paced environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
