Job Details:
The Biomedical Technician II is required to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, as well as conducting scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance and safety inspections. Performs testing, calibration, repair, and maintenance of Data Processing and Environmental Control systems.
Required:
o Graduate of a school in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Technology or equivalent biomedical or electronics experience.
o One (1) year of experience in repair and maintenance of biomedical or electronic instrumentation.
Biomed II salary range: $18.42-23.02 / hour
The Biomedical Technician III has a comprehensive knowledge of hazards, safety, code standards, operation, repairs and performance testing of all classes of diagnostic and therapeutic Biomedical equipment. The BMET III responds independently to emergency conditions and makes decisions which usually involves the life and well being of patients. Certification required.
Required:
o Graduate of a school in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Technology Program or equivalent biomedical or electronics experience.
o Four (4) years of experience in biomedical equipment repair and maintenance.
o Certification by either the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) or the Veterans Administration.
Biomed III salary range: $20.31-25.38 / hour.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
