You are an effective role model and staff comfortably and respectfully takes direction.
In the absence of the Guest Services Manager, you are expected to seamlessly take on full leadership of the department.
You play an integral role in the ongoing relationships being built with every client that visits your property.
Responsibilities:
Act as replacement Manager when required Arrange shuttle service when required Assist with all guest needs Complete all transactions and daily deposits, and verify float counts Direct phone calls as necessary Finalize daily requirements through property management system and duties from Guest Services Agents Provide guidance for all staff Cover shifts when needed All other duties as required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
