NDAD (North Dakota Association for the Disabled) is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director.
As a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities, NDAD strives to be the foremost agency in the field.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our marketing efforts and effectively communicate our mission across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and guide the overall marketing strategy for the nonprofit, charitable gaming, and for-profit arms of the company, encompassing communications, website management, social media, and public relations.
Ensure NDAD is recognized as the top-of-mind agency for disability services through targeted marketing initiatives to consistently convey NDAD's mission.
Utilize advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills to create compelling and easily understandable content for diverse audiences.
Supervise and lead an on-site team, fostering a creative and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Minimum of two to three years of work experience in the marketing or communications field.
Skills:
Advanced writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Proficiency in development and editing high-quality and impactful communications.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficient in Facebook administrative functions.
Bar and restaurant marketing experience is a plus.
Familiarity with SinglePlatform and Yodeck is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Comfort and willingness to promote charitable gaming and bar/restaurant activities.
