is currently seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our growing administrative team.
Our Legal Assistants support multiple attorneys who practice in a variety of exciting and innovative areas.
Responsibilities Produce various legal documents such as summons, affidavits, testamentary documents, and other documents as required Greet visitors and perform initial screening of clients Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by monitoring attorney calendars and emails to provide timely reminders Skills Proven experience as a legal secretary or providing administrative support to colleagues Attention to Detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple databases to monitor client matters Proficiency in English Outstanding time-management and typing skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues Must be able to work in a team environment -Excellent benefits package- Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
