ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Attention to detail.
Clean bathrooms, walls, ledges, tiles, mirrors, counters and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.
Strip beds and make beds according to brand standards, which may require lifting or bending.
Dust all furniture, artwork, drawers and shelves thoroughly.
Push and pull floor mop and vacuum.
Empty trash Inventory and re-stock mini bar.
Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular schedule.
Perform nightly turn-down service according to brand standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Collaborative attitude.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to food, safety and sanitation.
Ability to work proactively and independently while fostering a workplace based on teamwork.
Ability to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, squatting and lifting extended periods of time.
Ability to read, to answer phones, to write emails and other correspondence.
Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
