Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
