Key responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining accurate schedules for home care clients.
Matching qualified caregivers to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Optimizing schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize travel time.
Addressing any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise promptly.
Communicating schedule changes and updates to caregivers in a clear and timely manner.
Collaborating with the HR department to recruit and onboard new caregivers.
Building strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation related to scheduling and caregiver assignments.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements To excel as a Home Care Scheduler at Spectrum Home Care, you will need:
A strong background in scheduling or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Familiarity with home care industry or healthcare scheduling systems, SmartCare, Therap (preferred).
