00 am (may require additional work) While we consider candidates for all shifts, those available for the 2nd shift will receive priority.
Compensation:
Supervisor - 52k-80k DOE / Operations Manager - DOE.
A 10% shift differential will be added to the base salary for the 2nd shift and 12% for the weekend shift.
Additionally, a 5% bonus potential is available for this position.

Job
Summary:
As the Production Supervisor in the aviation manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating production activities, ensuring the quality and safety of aircraft build and personnel.
You will play a key role in maintaining the health and well-being of our direct labor force, overseeing training, retention, hiring, and addressing their needs.
Working closely with Process Engineering, you will execute the production design while providing valuable metrics and operational visibility.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Communicate the company's vision, goals, and objectives clearly and promptly to the team.
Uphold and enforce safety standards and policies, conducting regular safety observations and taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe work environment.
Manage employee training and qualifications, assigning trainers and monitoring progress.
Implement the production design provided by Process Engineering, offering feedback and collaborating to improve line design and performance.
Coordinate manufacturing activities, creating operational schedules, and ensuring products meet quality specifications.
Analyze production and operating reports to address operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
Foster a culture of teamwork and coach employees to improve production, overcome obstacles, achieve on-time delivery with zero defects, and increase efficiency.
Conduct hiring and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback for development.
Develop and revise standard operational practices, ensuring compliance with standards through worker observation.
Drive continuous process improvement, cost reduction, and labor hour reduction efforts.
Promote Lean Manufacturing Principles, maintain a clean and organized work area, and comply with all work-related documentation.
Perform any other duties necessary for the success of the team and the organization.
Qualifications:
An Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or two to five years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Internet software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with manufacturing processes preferred.
